On September 21-24, Ananda Development PLC was part of Digital Thailand Big Bang 2017 which was held to exhibit the capability to become the Thailand 4.0 society. The exhibition focused on integrating technologies into everyday life and improving the quality of urban life and Thai economy.
Ananda’s position is the “Urban Living Solutions” provider for those who live in Bangkok in various aspects using technologies. They believe that to find solutions for the problems, we need to be collaborative and work together (#WECulture).
At Ananda's booth, there was a space for Bangkokians to share ideas to help find Urban Living Solutions. Ananda will bring those ideas to develop together with related organizations and experts, including “UrbanTech” (Ananda's internal unit), to bring them to life. The booth was presented in 3 different zones under the concept "TODAY. TOGETHER. TOMORROW.".
Starting at the "TODAY" zone, the problems that urban people face everyday such as traffic, pollution, and crime were displayed, along with solutions by Ananda’s projects to those problems. The "TOGETHER" zone was where urban people came to brainstorm and shared ideas to find solutions for the city’s problems, acquiring up to more than 1,000 ideas. The last zone was "TOMORROW", which exhibited innovations that Ananda has brought to help improve urban living.
Furthermore, Ananda will be a part of Bangkok Design Festival "FREEFORM FESTIVAL #1". It will be held every weekend from November 10th to December 3rd at former Rojseri School’s area (Soi Ekkamai 13-15). The space will be transformed into an art exhibition area, as well as an area to experiment and exchange ideas. Ananda will also exhibit prototypes that will be solutions for living problems and to improve the well-being of Bangkokians. Attendees are opened to participate in the project by sharing thoughts to develop the prototypes. Join us at Freeform Festival #1.
