Ananda joins forces with five partners to advance the “CULTURE” brand, marking the start of sustainability through a condominium designed for urban communities under the new concept: “Live Culture”

Mr. Phonganan Sookkasem (front row, rightmost), Chief Marketing Officer, and Mr. Nuttapol Naksusuk (front row, center), Managing Director Housing & Condo 3, Ananda Development PCL — a leader in next-to-mass transit condominiums — reaffirm their commitment to developing housing that perfectly meets the needs of urban living. They are redefining contemporary living through the “Live Culture” concept. Announcing a partnership with five companies from diverse industries — Mr. Kanit Sangmookda (second row, rightmost), Country General Manager - Thailand & Laos at The Ascott Limited ; Mr. Watchara Siriritthichai (second row, leftmost), General Manager of Nippon Paint (Thailand) Co., Ltd.; Mr. Doonyapol Srichan (back row), PDM Brand Co., Ltd.; Ms. Thamonwan Virodchaiyan (front row, leftmost), Moreloop Co., Ltd.; and Mr. Tassanai Yan-ubol (second row, center), Managing Director of Embassy Co., Ltd. — they are joining forces to combine their expertise and capabilities to enhance residents’ quality of life through the condominium brand “CULTURE.” This reflects a meaningful co-living concept that is environmentally friendly and responsive to modern urban lifestyles. The collaboration manifests Ananda’s vision of creating housing that not only meets daily living needs but also serves as a model for next-generation real estate development — offering urban convenience while prioritizing sustainability in every dimension.

Among the five partners is The Ascott Limited (Ascott), a world-class leader in serviced residences, which enhances residents’ living experiences by managing project facilities to five-star hotel standards, delivering both comfort and exclusivity in every aspect of urban living. Nippon Paint contributes to the project by providing high-quality, innovative paints for both the interior and exterior of the buildings, certified by the Thailand Greenhouse Gas Management Organization for Product Carbon Footprint Calculation. This reflects a strong commitment to minimizing environmental impact and fostering a livable community for the long term.

PDM Brand collaborates through the “BOX TO BAG” initiative, transforming “ownership transfer boxes” into “sustainable recycled bags,” made from high-quality recycled materials. Environmentally friendly and meticulously crafted at every stage, each bag represents the responsible use of resources and embodies the lifestyle of modern urban residents who genuinely care for the planet. Moreloop partnered in the design and production of staff uniforms made from surplus fabric, upcycled into uniquely styled garments. This initiative reinforces Ananda’s Eco-Sustain concept, which aims to create a “new culture of living.” Embassy, a creative agency, is responsible for the Project Concept and Design & Sensory Experience, helping translate the CULTURE project’s concept into tangible experiences that engage both the mind and the senses. Together, these elements enable CULTURE to embody multiple dimensions of urban living.
