Ananda Development holds 2025 E-AGM

Ananda Development Public Company Limited (ANAN), attended the company’s 2025 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders, which was held electronically (E-AGM). Key agenda items included acknowledgment of the company's performance report for 2024. The meeting also included a Q&A session addressing questions submitted by investors.

Key agenda items included acknowledgment of the company's performance report for 2024; consideration and approval of the company’s financial statements for the year ended December 31, 2024; election of directors to replace those retiring by rotation; approval of directors' remuneration for 2025; appointment of the auditor and determination of the audit fee for 2025; a report on the economic situation of the Thai real estate market; and the company’s business plan for 2025. The meeting also included a Q&A session addressing questions submitted by investors.

This year, Ananda holds a strong backlog of over 11.371 billion baht, representing 79 percent of its 2025 transfer target of 14.5 billion baht. It is preparing to launch 2 new condominium projects in high-potential areas of Bangkok: one in Saphan Khwai, valued at 8.82 billion baht, and another in the Chulalongkorn area, valued at 5.44 billion baht. Additionally, Ananda has outlined a strategy to diversify its investments by developing a wide range of residential projects targeting different market segments, including expansion into the ultra-luxury sector. The company is also preparing to repay debentures worth 2.276 billion baht on schedule, due June 9, 2025, to reinforce investor confidence.
