Remarks:

  • Redeemable rewards and channels of reward redemption shall be as designated by Ananda Development PLC.
  • Reward shall be collected within 60 business days from the date that all required documents have been received; the accrued points shall satisfy the terms and conditions on reward redemption.

FAQs

If a customer had already submitted the documents for points collection on the date of reservation and would like to resubmit such documents on the date of executing an agreement due to the name of the referee has been changed, is this possible?

No; once the documents had been submitted, any change to the information is not permitted (since the process is through a system, AMC will not accept any points collection via documents or in retrospect)

** For customers who reserved (made a sale order) before 1st January 2015, the original terms and conditions shall prevail in which the documents can be submitted within 30 days from the date of executing the sales and purchase agreement.

If a customer had already submitted the documents for points collection, whereby there is a change to the name of the referee after the date of agreement, can those previous qualified points be accrued for a new reward redemption?

No; because the referee must be the same person who reserved, executed the sales and purchase agreement, and made the payment of 10% of the net purchase price.

Can a customer request for a retrospective points collection?

No; the Company will not accept any retrospective points collection, as well as any referral document, under no circumstances.

Regarding the submission of documents for points collection, the referee must specify the name of the referrer on the date of reservation.

In the event that the referee makes a cancellation on the purchase after a full payment of 10% had been made, will the referrer be eligible to redeem the reward?

Yes; because the referee had satisfied the terms and conditions prior to the cancellation.

In the event that the referee changes the condominium unit or land plot of higher price and had made the full payment of 10% of the net purchase price, will the referrer be eligible to redeem the reward? If so, which unit or land plot will the reward be based on?

The referrer is still eligible to redeem the reward; whereby the reward points will be given based on the net purchase price of the original condominium unit or land plot.

For residential projects, if the referee is not approved for a loan and has to change the name of the person for business transactions, will the new referee has rights to change the name of the referrer?

No; because the terms and conditions state that only the name of the referee can be changed and not the name of the referrer. If the referee does not accept the terms and conditions, it shall be deemed that the referrer is ineligible to collect the reward points for such referral.

Can AMC members refer employees in ANANDA CHAIN?

No; because the employees should have truly understood the terms and conditions on the Company’s promotions and it shall be deemed as the employees’ code of conduct.

Can AMC members refer to other AMC members?

Yes; in general, referrals between members will receive more privileges on points collection.

In the case of a co-reservation of a residential project, e.g. Mr. A co-purchased a house with Mr. B. On the date of transfer, the loan is under the name of Mr. B only. Does this satisfy the terms and conditions?

Yes; but it must be in the case that Mr. A or the primary person “failed to obtain the loan”.

In the case of a co-reservation of a condominium project, e.g. Mr. A co-purchase with Mr. B. On the date of transfer, the loan is under the name of Mr. B only. Does this satisfy the terms and conditions?

No; because it must be the same person who reserved, executed the sales and purchase agreement, and made a full payment of 10% of the net purchase price.
