Ananda introduces an ‘Automatic parking system’ a modern technology to match urban lifestyles

Mr. Sumeth Ratanasrikul, Managing Director, Condominium Business – Ashton/Ideo Q and Elio, Ananda Development PCL, a leading developer of condominiums in highly-potential locations along mass transit lines, have partnered with Mr. Vorathep Sirirat-Usdorn, Executive Director, THS Parking Solutions Co., Ltd., Thailand’s leading company for automatic parking systems, to install an automatic parking system with a 108-car capacity. The system has already been installed at Ashton Residence 41, a luxurious condominium project on Sukhumvit Road, and it is ready to serve the project. This automatic parking system is a modern innovation which Ananda has adopted to match the lifestyle needs of urban residents. It provides urban residents with convenience and safety for driving in and out of their parking spaces. There are many other Ananda projects that are in the co-design and development process which have selected this automatic parking system.
