Ananda carries out a construction quality inspection for Ideo Mobi Rangnam

Ananda Development PCL, visited the construction site of a 31-storey high rise condominium project known as Ideo Mobi-Rang Nam

Situated in a location with high potential, the Ideo Mobi-Rang Nam Project is only 630 meters away from the Victory Monument BTS Station. This project is outstanding in terms of its interlock style design, which increases utility space in all rooms. Some units are equipped with a walk-in closet and a single loaded corridor, which enhances the privacy for the residents. It comes with the Smart Solar Fresh Air System, an environmentally-friendly innovation that creates clean energy for the condominium. It uses solar energy to generate air circulation within the room, resulting in a lower temperature and energy efficiency. The project construction progress is in line with its construction schedule, and it is expected to be completed and ready to be transferred by September of this year.
