Ananda carries out a construction quality inspection for Ideo Sathorn-Wongwian Yai

CSO of Ananda Development PCL. visited the construction site of a 28-storey high rise condominium project known as Ideo Sathorn-Wongwian Yai, to conduct a progress inspection

(interior furniture contractor), visited the construction site of a 28-storey high rise condominium project known as Ideo Sathorn-Wongwian Yai, to conduct a progress inspection. Having an outstanding location, the condominium project provides convenient and fast connectivity to the heart of the Sathorn-Silom central business district (CBD) and is only 140 meters from the Wongwian Yai BTS Station. It responds to new-gen people’s lifestyles with revolutionary designs with respect to room space and a common area. One layout is the single corridor design, whereby condo rooms are surrounded by a common area, which provides a living experience which connects to natural surroundings seamlessly. Another design is featured in hybrid rooms with a 4.4-m high ceiling. The project construction progress is in line with its construction schedule, and it is expected to be completed and ready to be transferred by the end of this year.
