Ananda Carries Out Construction Quality Inspection for the Summerset Rama 9 Project

Ananda Development PCL, together with Minerva Management Co., Ltd., a construction consultancy company and Visavapat Co., Ltd., the main construction contractor, visited the construction site of a serviced apartment project known as Summerset Rama 9 Bangkok to carry out an inspection

This is a joint venture project with The Ascott Limited, an internationally recognized serviced-apartment brand. It is in a location with high potential – Rama 9, which is a new central business district (CBD). It is distinctive by its rooms which are designed to look like homes, which comes with a kitchen area and a connecting room to accommodate all family members and is equipped with a variety of facilities. The project construction has progressed based on the plan, and it is expected to be completed at the end of January 2020.

Additional information: Somerset Rama 9 Bangkok is a high-rise serviced apartment project with 35 floors and 445 rooms, shops, and convention rooms. It is in a location with high potential, Rama 9, a new CBD, which offers convenient connectivity. It is just 100 meters from the Rama 9 MRT Station and only 200 meters from the Thailand Cultural Center MRT Station, which connects to the Makkasan Airport Rail Link Station headed to the Suvarnabhumi Airport.
