Ananda celebrates its success, showcasing its strength by almost doubling its sales volume, with a 148% increase in its transfer volume and readiness to fully implement its plan

Mr. Chanond Ruangkritya (right in the front row), CEO and Mr. Prasert Taedullayasatit (left in the front row), CEO Property, Ananda Development PCL, along with its management and staff announced its success, showcasing its potential for continued growth. The sales volume that Ananda acquired in Q2 was over 3.9 billion baht, almost 80 percent higher than that in Q1 and the transfer volume it generated in Q2 was worth 3.5 billion baht, representing 148 percent higher than that in Q1, which was contributed to by the transfer of room units of the Ideo Charan 70-Riverview Project, which was completed in Q2. This success was derived from the development of an efficient work system in after-sales services and project quality. Ananda is ready to enjoy further continued growth as planned through the Ideo Rama 9-Asoke Project, with unit transfer to start on the 9th of September and the Coco Parc Project, with unit transfer to start in December this year. Ananda has a plan to launch six new projects with a total value of 25 billion baht. At the end of Q2, it soft launch the Artale Rama 9 Project, from which it has acquired a booking volume worth over 800 million baht so far. Its transfer growth target for all year round remains 30 percent, and it expects that its all-year-round transfer volume will achieve 13 billion baht.
