Ananda holds its 2020 annual general meeting of shareholders
Ananda held the 2020 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders to report its 2019 performance.
Dr. Narongchai Akrasanee (2nd from the right side of the first row), the Chairman of the Board of Directors and Mr. Chanon Ruangkritya (1st from the right side of the first row), the CEO and President of Ananda Development PCL (ANAN), the leader of the next-to-mass-transit line condominium market, along with their directors and senior management, held the 2020 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders to report its 2019 performance. At the meeting, the dividend-per-share rate of 2.65 baht was approved, and the total amount of funds paid was 88,324,500 baht. This dividend amount was paid for the second half of the year 2019, and the dividend payment occurred on 25 May 2020 at the FYI Center.
