Ananda holds the 2024 Electronic Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (E-AGM)
Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (E-AGM) and responded to the inquiries raised by its shareholders. The E-AGM involved reporting the Company’s operating results for the year 2023 and operational plans aimed at accommodating its future growth
Dr. Narongchai Akrasanee (middle), Chairman of the Board of Directors and Mr. Chanond Ruangkritya (4th from right), Chief Executive Officer of Ananda Development PCL (ANAN), together with its Board members and senior management attended the electronic 2024 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (E-AGM) and responded to the inquiries raised by its shareholders. The E-AGM involved reporting the Company’s operating results for the year 2023 and operational plans aimed at accommodating its future growth and requesting the approval of different agenda items, including the acknowledgment of the Company’s 2023 operating result report, consideration and approval of its 2023 financial statements ended 31 December 2023, consideration and approval of the increase in its registered capital, as well as consideration and approval of ordinary share allotment to support ordinary share issuance and offering under a general mandate for private placement. The E-AGM resolved to approve all the Board-proposed agenda items.
The Company is continuing to move forward based on its 2024 Business Plan, including the commitment to continuous growth, product and service quality, and development of housing for urban lives to support continued long-term growth and to achieve its goals and targets set forth, by launching flagship condominium projects and partnering with globally leading partners, while aiming to close the sales of its 8 projects worth over 19.962 billion baht. In addition, it was preparing to pay for debentures, worth 3.231 billion baht, in the next round, scheduled in July 2024.
