Ananda Joins Hands with U City to Develop a Real Estate Project on Bangna-Trad Road
Ananda Development PCL, BTS Group Holdings PCL; and U City PCL, signed a memorandum of cooperation to complete a feasibility study on the development of the project “Smart City and Technology & Innovation Hub”
Mr. Chanond Ruangkritya (2nd from the left), the Chief Executive Officer and President of Ananda Development PCL, a leading developer for residences along the mass transit lines; Mr. Kavin Kanjanapas (2nd from the right), the Executive Director and Chief Executive Officer and Mr. Rangsin Kritalug (right), the Executive Director and Chief Operating Officer from BTS Group Holdings PCL; and Ms. Piyaporn Phanachet (left), the Chief Executive Officer of U City PCL, signed a memorandum of cooperation to complete a feasibility study on the development of the project “Smart City and Technology & Innovation Hub” on 100-rai plot of land of the Thana City Project, next to Bang Na-Trat Road, of BTS Group Holdings PCL. This aims to transform the housing industry to truly meet the living needs of urban residents in the modern time.
