Ananda Joins “Opportunity Day” to Give Information to Investors

His talk revealed signs of Ananda’s business recovery from its operating results in Q3/2019, suggesting that it had already passed its lowest point in Q2/2019. He also discussed Q3/2019 operating results of Ananda in which it earned a net profit of 234 million baht, which increased from the previous quarter by 95 percent. This was contributed to by a strong profit from joint ventures. He also indicated that the target for transfer amount set in Q4/2019 was the highest of all the quarters last year since it had many completed condominium projects ready for transfer. The expansion of the mass transit networks, decrease in interest rates, and different stimulation measures from the public sector contributed to the improved direction of the property market. Ananda’s current backlog is valued at 29.3 billion baht, which can support the growth of the transfer amount in the next three years. Ananda’s cash flow is still strong, which amounted to over 8,000 million baht at the end of Q4.
