Ananda laid the foundation stone for Ideo Charan 70 - River View Project
Mr. Thanyalak Nunthanavorasiri (3rd from the left), the Deputy CEO from Ananda Development PCL, presided over the foundation stone laying ceremony for the Ideo Charan Project-River View Project, to bring auspiciousness to the project itself and its future residents. This ceremony was also attended by Mr. Sumeth Ratanasrikul (2nd from the left). the Managing Director – Ashton/Ideo Q/Elio from Ananda Development PCL; Mr. Suchin Pinsian (rightmost), Assistant Managing Director, CEL Engineering Co., Ltd., the construction consultant and supervisor; Mr. Suphap Charanphat, (2nd from the right), Managing Director, TTS Engineering (2004 ), the main construction contractor; as well as the management team and employees. As a 38-storey high-rise condominium project with 1,421 units, the project is on a high-potential location in the Charan Sanit Wong area, only 295 m from the Bang Phlat MRT Station. All of its units from the 10th floor upward offer river views, with a common area on the top floor featuring river views too. It also includes hybrid rooms (with a 4.5-m high ceiling) with river views, the first ever in the Charan Sanit Wong area. Offering the best prices in Bangkok, the project is fully equipped with facilities. Its construction has started and it is expected to be completed in May 2022.
