Ananda lays a foundation stone for Elio-Sathorn-Wutthakat, ready to advance its construction

Mr. Wirote Kappiyajanya, Chief Synergy Officer, Ananda Development PCL, presided over the foundation stone laying ceremony for the Elio Sathorn-Wutthakat Project to bring auspiciousness to the project and its residents. This ceremony was also attended by Mr. Sumeth Ratanasrikul, Managing Director, Condominium Business – Ashton/Ideo Q/Elio of Ananda Development PCL, and Mr. Nuttapol Naksusuk (rightmost), Head of Business Unit, Elio and Mr. Suphap Charanphat, Managing Director, TTS Engineering (2004 ) (construction contractor), and Mr. Sittikorn Kamonwanont (leftmost), Senior Executive, Stonehenge Inter PCL (Consultant and construction supervisor), along with management and staff. Situated on Ratchapruek Road, this project is designed for new generation people and developed under the concept “Twist to your Nature,” which combines urban lifestyle with your lifestyle – urban fast, chaotic pace together with a desired relaxing pace. It is only 470 m* from the Wutthakat BTS Station, and it takes 15 minutes to Sathorn and Silom, CBDs, via the Green Line BTS*.  It is equipped with amenities making your life easier in the space of enjoyment which you can occupy, e.g. relaxing garden, 3-stepped lagoon, 70-m long swimming pool, waterfall curtain, and Jacuzzi, smart locker**, theater room, karaoke room, library and multipurpose room.  The project is currently under construction and is expected to be completed on 31 October 2020.
