Ananda lays a foundation stone for Lyf Sukhumvit 8 Bangkok, ready to start construction

(construction consultant and supervisor), Mr. Phadol Silapapakdee (2^nd from the left), Project Manager from Visavapat Co., Ltd. (main construction contractor), along with management and staff.  LYF Sukhumvit 8 Bangkok is a partnership with The Ascott Limited, the world’s No. 1 luxury serviced residence operator, guaranteed by various awards, and it is a joint venture with Mitsui Fudosan, a leading Japanese real estate company. This aims to create strengths with respect to superior living standards. LYF is Ascott’s new brand, the target group of which is Millennial customers. With a total project value of 195 million baht, this serviced apartment project is located on Sukhumvit Road, in the heart of Bangkok, and only 80 m away from the Nana BTS Station. Its construction has started, and it is expected to be completed in March 2020.
