Ananda lays the foundation stone for the Ideo Rama 9-Asoke Project
Ananda Development PCL, presided over the foundation stone laying ceremony for the Ideo Rama 9-Asoke Project to bring auspiciousness to the project itself and its future residents.

This ceremony was also attended by Ms. Maneerat Thanatsetthi (3rd from the left), the Managing Director, Condominium Business – Ideo/Ideo Mobi from Ananda, Mr. Viroj Charoentra (leftmost), the Managing Director of Pre-Built PCL (the main construction contractor), and Mr. Rangsan Kiattiyot (2nd from the right), the Managing Director of A Build Management Co., Ltd. (project consultant and management), along with their management and staff. This is a high-rise 36-floor condominium project which consists of 1,220 units. Situated on Rama 9 Road, it is only 450 m away from the Rama 9 MRT Station, only one stop away from the Makasan Airport Rail Link Station, and near the ascent-descent ramp of the Sirat Expressway. Its common area consists of a hybrid sky pool, a unique pool characterized by the concept of a “exercise pool” which includes an aqua biking zone, and a 30-m lap pool. Its provision of 2-floor multipurpose hybrid space, which is composed of different zones, responds to different uses for individual moods. To promote amusement, a playground tube and energetic co-working space are provided. This changes all areas of the project into personal co-working space with multi-flexible space and hybrid furniture design. Its construction has started, and it is expected to be completed in June 2022.
