Ananda has the intention to develop all its projects to serve as gardens in the city or lungs for Bangkokians, by helping to increase oxygen and reducing carbon dioxide and PM2.5 from entering buildings. Ananda established a research center and an area for testing plant growth. Lab research was conducted at Kasetsart University, Bang Khen Campus, where 47 plant species were selected for the research as building greenery. The research results will be a public piece of work which business operators and other educational institutions can apply and replicate in their work. This will improve the urban environment in terms of pollution, toxicity, and temperature. The more this is applied, the more developed the country will be. Ananda is the first company in the real estate industry of Thailand to have a building greenery research center.
