Ananda raises its safety standard to the international level under the concept “COVID FREE ZONE”, using innovative UV-C technology and delivering disinfected units

Ananda are committed to upgrading their safety standards under the concept “COVID FREE ZONE”,

Mr. Charan Kesorn (rightmost), the Managing Director of Strategic Property Management, and Mr. Phonganan Sookkasem (middle), the Senior Vice President of Corporate Marketing of Ananda Development PCL, the leader of the urban residential development industry, are committed to upgrading their safety standards under the concept “COVID FREE ZONE”, using the innovative UV-C disinfection technology, which kills the coronavirus (Covid-19) and bacteria. This technology has been tested and certified by the U.S.A.’s Communicable Disease Center. It is proven to provide 99.9% protection against Covid-19 and filter PM 2.5, a problem encountered by urban residents. They are preparing to pilot the technology in seven ready-to-move-in projects, which comprise 2,400 units, to boost customers’ confidence that they will deliver not only condominium units with high construction quality and residential use but also standard cleanliness and safety.
