Ananda takes off, in response to city opening, offering ready-to-move and ready-to-transfer residential projects worth over 58.725 billion baht

It has accelerated the development of its business plans and residential projects, including ready-to-move, ready-to-deliver projects, worth over 58.725 billion baht, which can lead a growth in the next three years. With outstanding low-rise growth, Ananda has adjusted its portfolios to expand to the luxury segment and has launched a luxurious pool villa project located in the heart of Bangkok. It has expected that in the second quarter, it will enjoy a leapfrog growth in its sale volumes and revenue recognition as a result of anticipated revenue recognition through two recently finished projects, valued at over six billion baht this year. It also has anticipated earning recurring income from five serviced apartment projects. Launching seven new projects, worth over 29.098 billion baht, Ananda is confident to regain a positive response. Furthermore, it is going to issue debentures worth three billion baht to accommodate its future business expansion as planned.
