This is accomplished by implementing strict control measures to improve confidence and safety for customers every time they visit the sales office of any project. Before starting to work every morning, all the staff are provided with body temperature measurement and wear a mask, which they wear all day long. In addition, mask and hand sanitizer points are provided for visitors. Their visitor confidence can be bolstered through the badge reading “temperature checked.” The badge, which indicates that staff have undergone a test showing that they have no fever, is put on the chest of all staff who welcome customers. Furthermore, every sales office provides regular cleaning of all touch points with standard disinfectant. Immediately after a visitor finishes a visit to an area of the project, that area will be disinfected by their staff using alcohol so that the area is ready for another visitor. Ananda is conscious of their customers’ safety and health to prevent the spread of the virus.
