Ananda holds the 2023 Electronic Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (E-AGM)

Including responding to questions raised by shareholders.

Dr. Narongchai Akrasanee, Chairman of the Board of Directors and Mr. Chanond Ruangkritya, Chief Executive Officer of Ananda Development PCL (ANAN), along with their directors and senior executives held the 2023 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders in an electronic format (E-AGM), including responding to questions raised by shareholders. The E-AGM was aimed at reporting their operating results in 2022 and operating plans to serve their future growth and requesting the shareholder approval for their meeting agenda items, including annual financial statements and director appointment. The meeting concluded the 2022 operating results and resolved to approve all the agenda items, as proposed by the Board of Directors.

Under their 2023 business plans, ANAN will continue to expand their business, including condominium and low-rise projects to cover both local and international demand. They are ready to launch two new projects worth over 14.6 billion baht, with a target to close the sales of their six projects in 2023 while preparing for an aggressive penetration to international markets in response to positive factors contributed to by the country’s full opening and international customer demand for condominiums.
