Ananda designates CIMB to sell hybrid bonds as part of an initial public offer from 20-25 September

Mr. Chanond Ruangkritya (center), CEO and President of Ananda Development PCL, designated CIMB Thai Bank PCL led by Mr. Kittiphun Anutarasoti (2nd from the right), President and Chief Executive Officer of CIMB Thai, to sell the first batch of their hybrid bonds. The initial public offering for the hybrid bonds occurred from 20-25 September 2018. A distinctive feature of such hybrid bonds is an attractive return rate for investors – an 8.50% interest rate from the 1st-5th year. The target customers are institutional investors and major investors characterized by high net worth. It received a positive response.
