Ananda joins hands with PDM to launch the initiative “BOX TO BAG”
“BOX TO BAG” transforming ownership transfer boxes into sustainable recycled bags which offers a new recycling experience that combines design, sustainability, and functionality.
Mr. Phonganan Sookkasem (2nd from the right), Chief Marketing Officer of Ananda Development PCL, reinforced the company’s commitment to sustainability and efficient resource use by partnering with Mr. Doonyapol Srichan (2nd from left), Managing Director of PDM BRAND: Product Design Matters, a company focused on design and eco-friendly products. Together, they launched the initiative “BOX TO BAG,” which offers a new recycling experience that combines design, sustainability, and functionality. The initiative involves recycling ownership transfer boxes from Ananda residents by turning them into eco-friendly design bags. It transforms boxes that many consider “single-use items for a single day” into stylish, modern, and practical bags for everyday use. Made from recycled fabric, these bags are environmentally friendly. The collaboration aims to add value to packaging by extending its life beyond product delivery—repurposing it into a reusable everyday companion bag that aligns with the concept of sustainable design.
BOX TO BAG is crafted from recycled plastic polypropylene (PP), an environmentally friendly material, focusing on sustainability, innovative design, and a thoughtful production process at every step. These bags are designed for practical, everyday use - every grip and every carry reflect care for the planet and shared resources. They are ready to become part of an urban lifestyle that embraces environmental consciousness.
